OUR 'SGPT' SESSIONS

  • SWEAT – a high-energy session built to raise your heart rate, torch calories, and boost your engine. Expect a mix of cardio conditioning and metabolic training designed to build stamina, burn fat, and test your limits. Through powerful intervals and dynamic movement patterns, this workout keeps intensity high and rest short — leaving you fitter, faster, and feeling unstoppable.

    Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take things up a level, our ‘Sweat’ sessions will leave you feeling energised, accomplished, and one step closer to your goals.

  • TRAIN & TORCH – is your go-to full-body session built to strengthen, shape, and burn. Each session follows a structured resistance-based format, targeting major muscle groups to build lean strength and improve movement. We finish with a high-energy calorie burner designed to raise your heart rate and leave you feeling accomplished.

    Sessions are tailored to your ability, meaning you’ll get the right level of challenge whether you’re starting out or levelling up. Expect clear coaching, progressive programming, and a team-driven atmosphere — all designed to get you stronger, fitter, and fired up.

  • STRENGTH – is where the foundations are built and personal bests are forged.

    This session is designed to help you develop raw strength and improve your technique in key compound lifts like the squat, deadlift, press, and row. Using a structured, progressive approach, you’ll focus on controlled movement, optimal form, and steady load increases over time.

    Whether you’re new to lifting or refining your performance, STRENGTH gives you the coaching, structure, and support to push with purpose — and progress with confidence.
